CCF Barbell Club

Olympic Lifting is not only a big part of CrossFit training, but it's also something that many of our members fall in love with even though it may have been intimidating at the start. 

We offer a very popular session of Olympic Lifting focused training per week which is included in all memberships - this class takes place at our Gardens Box on Saturdays between 07.30-09.00 (subject to change during summer due to our Beach WOD's).

We also offer Special Classes within our Barbell Club where members can sign up for 4 week cycles with 8 sessions specially programmed by our CCF Barbell Club Head Coach Chris. 

These Barbell Cycles are available for non members, but CCF Members gets a 50% discount.
