Basics Courses


The Basics Course is mandatory for joining any CCF class. It covers the basic mobility drills and movements of our CrossFit classes and will make it a lot easier to join our program. It also includes a short workout to get used to CrossFit training overall. The Course consists of a total of 6 sessions within 2 weeks and requires no membership. It is a great way to get started with CrossFit training or for anybody who would like to work on their basic skills. Here are the dates of the upcoming Course
