Back Squat 5-5-5

As quickly as you can, lift a total of 2,000kg (1,000kg for women) overhead "anyhow". Pick the weight on the bar and perform as many repetitions as needed, for example:

  • 100kg (20 repetitions) or
  • 80kg (25 repetitions) or
  • 50kg (40 repetitions) or
  • 40kg (50 repetitions), etc.
