"Death by Clean & Jerk":
With a running clock, perfom 1 Clean & Jerk with 60 kg (40kg for women) in the first minute, 2 Clean & Jerks in the second minute, 3 Clean & Jerks in the 3rd minute, etc. until you are unable to do the required number of Clean & Jerks any more.Post minutes and numbers to comments.
