Private coaching / personal training
One-on-one private coaching (personal training) is focused on your individual fitness needs and goals and appointed to fit your schedule. It is a great solution if you want extra attention and accountabilty, if you have generally been sedentary or are new to exercise, if you have specific health limitations, if you have specific sports and performance oriented goals or simply if you have a very busy schedule. Our instruction focuses on movement techniques and skills, physical conditioning, and the development of healthy workouts, eating habits, and self-discipline, so that after a period of time, you’ve got the confidence and experience to do it on your own.
