Rope Climb: 5 attemps for maximum number of ascends, 3 minute breaks

then

As quickly as you can, perform 21-15-9 repetitions of:

  • Box jumps on 60 cm box (40cm for female athletes), alternating with
  • 20m walking lunge with 5kg overhead (one arm)
