Workout of the Day
Perform 5 rounds of 3 minutes, consisting of:
  • 40m Bear crawl
  • Maximum number of Thrusters 43/29kg in the remaining time 

Rest 3 minutes between rounds. Post number of thrusters to comments.

Not your regular CrossFit video: It's a bit bloody and there are no pull ups. However, have a look at the actors and guess what they did to get "in shape", and to look and peform/move like Spartan warriors: CrossFit, exactly. Yup, bloody and no pull ups, but pretty impressive anyways for a few months of training. Enjoy the week end!
