Workout of the Day

In teams of four, as quickly as possible, complete 2 rounds of:

  1. 70 thrusters - only one person can do thrusters at any given time
  2. 50 chest to bar pullups - only one person can do pullups at any given time
  3. 60m partner carry - all four people have to complete the distance, two have to be carried

This was the first event of the affiliate cup at the CrossFit Games 2010. The official weights for the thrusters were 70kg for the men and 48kg for the women, the distance for the partner carry was 100m. There was a 12 minute time cap for this workout.

    Kerry, please no swearing in the comment section :)

    It was a cap in the sense that they stopped the workout and ranked the remaining teams based on the number of repetitions they completed before that cap. So the score still counts :)

    Ya'll did a great job on the workout. CrossFit Games Team competition 2011. Woot woot!

    The time cap was 12 minutes?!?!? holy fuck! oh well, glad we had fun with it the way it played! yay Sabina, Belinda and Ellie, if the rest of the teams in my life worked so seamlessly, I'd be golden!
