What are your fitness goals?
I may have asked you recently, but I will do it again: What are your fitness goals? If anything, thinking about it will help you figure out how you define fitness and what it means to you. Is it losing a bit of bodyfat? Improving your deadlift or back squat? Or would you like to be able to do a pull up, handstand push up or muscle up? If you do have such a goal, write it down. Then, think of what you can do in order to achieve it. Chances are that coming to class at Cape CrossFit will definitely help, but it is always great to have something to strive for. To remind you, put your written down goal somewhere you can see it everyday. Better yet, put it on our whiteboard, under "Goals". Knowing what you want while definitely help you achieve it. So I am aking you again: What is your goal?
