Agree and agree, awsome WOD and great fun! Kerry you are strong, 55 HSPU is not easy even if you use a shorter rom so you will get it rxd soon! =)

but Saturday workouts really should be followed by Saturday afternoon massage, I'm feeling every muscle in my shoulders!
