- Row 500m
- 10-9-8-7-6-5-4-3-2-1:
- Handstand pushups
- Situps
- Pullups
- Row 500m

Agree and agree, awsome WOD and great fun! Kerry you are strong, 55 HSPU is not easy even if you use a shorter rom so you will get it rxd soon! =)

wow! this was rough...but LOVING my newly developed ability to (almost) do a handstand pushup. I'm lowering the plate next time....looking forward to it.

but Saturday workouts really should be followed by Saturday afternoon massage, I'm feeling every muscle in my shoulders!
