All our facilities offer Personal Coaching and our Trainers are some of the most well educated CrossFit Trainers out there. They are available for you that want to train outside of the classes or are looking for a very personalised program for any reason.
Many of our members chose to work with a Personal Coach along side the regular classes to even further focus on their specific needs.
We are experts at Strength & Conditioning, Weight Loss, Mobility Training, Sports Specific Preparation, Endurance Sport Preparation, and much more!
