Introducing: CCF Mommy and Me classes!

We have recently seen a demand for Mommy and Me classes at CCF and would love to start a group for moms who want to be fit!

There is interest for 2 reasons, the first being to ease back into exercise safely and rebuild strength after giving birth and the second is to be able to do so in a safe and welcoming environment with baby present.

Since having Max Coach Tash has been studying pregnancy and post partum training methods, amongst others she has completed The Pregnancy and Post Partum Athleticism course - these classes are not CrossFit specific (although it will help our CrossFit moms get back into classes) and will aid returning to any sport be it running, yoga and just life in general.

We have proposed running these classes on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 9 - 9.45 and are open to CCF members and non members. These are free of charge with a regular CCF Membership or R699/month for a non member via monthly debit orders.
However the first 2 weeks between 2nd - 16th August  is FREE of charge for anyone!

Whether you are pregnant, a year post partum or 8 weeks - these classes aim to have you moving well in your new body once again, and also turn into a cool social environment for you where you can meet other moms as I well know how easy it is to feel “isolated" when becoming a new mom.

We also highly recommend that you see a pelvic floor specialist before engaging in physical activity again, I have a great contact that I gladly share with you and have also discussed these classes with her to make sure we are doing everything we can to SAFELY train you to become the fittest version of your mom self. :)
