CCF Intro Week 2018!
We've been drowning in the requests to get started with us this first week of the year so we've assembled all our manpower to be able to give as many as possible a chance to test us out this coming week.
We will run our Free Intro Consultation Sessions all of next week to get you ready for our first CCF Basics Course of 2018 which starts on the 15th of January!
What to expect in the Intro Consultation?
- 1-on-1 or small group environment (max 3 people with one coach).
- A Goal Getting
- A Functional Movement Screen.
- A break down of our successful training system.
- A cool Cape CrossFit WOD (Workout Of the Day) to feel out what CrossFit really is like!
What happens after the Intro?
Our intro sessions are completely free, and there is no need for any commitment before this session. IF you then, like most, fall in love with our way of training you become a CCF Member, and will join our CCF Basics Course to get started as a new member.
The Basics Course will teach you our most used movements, start building your fitness with epic workouts, but most importantly: make you feel comfortably in our gyms.
Our philosophy is simple: Mechanics first, then Consistency, and ONLY then Intensity and Load.
There are two ways of doing your Basics Course:
- 1. Group Training Basics Courses, 6 sessions at night that are scheduled at a fixed time.
These are included in the monthly membership fees.
- 2. Private Basics Course, 4 sessions scheduled with a CCF Personal Coach at times suitable for you.
These carries a fee for the trainer of R1200 for the total 4 sessions.
