"Fight Gone Bad"
Wow, what a day! After starting the week slowly with 3 participants for "Fight Gone Bad" in the morning, over 20 more people took on one of CrossFit's most famous work outs later in the day. We still have to figure out the exact numbers and will post the results for the FGB baseline tomorrow. A total of about 20 participants are taking part in the challenge, close to doubling the number of the "Fran" challenge which ended last month. Details about actual participants coming up soon. For now: Great job everyone participating in the workout. Let's see how everyone can improve!
