Cape CrossFit Southern Suburbs was the first sister box to CCF Gardens when it opened in 2013 and as conveniently located on 72 Main Road in Claremont it is easy accessible from all of the Southern Suburbs. We moved the box during lockdown in 2020 to a bigger (approx 400m2) facility which now hosts more training space, add-on area for extra training, it's own Power Bar, and much more.
The family feeling in the box is evident as the members often spends time before/after classes and support each other while one class releases the next as the participants from the previous stretch or cool down - there's simply no better place to be part of a community on this side of the mountain!
The box have grown since the start and lately more and more corporates have starting to show interest in making CCF their health and fitness provider so why not give us a shout if your offices are in the area?
