Want to get fit, AND stand a chance to win big at the same time?

Well the truth is that we think that everyone entering our 2018 Spring Challenges will be winners, because at worst you'll probably walk away after 8 weeks with a more jacked body, higher fitness levels, and daily routines that you can build on forever!

The challenge is open for Cape CrossFit members only and to make it more fun we have decided to up the motivation a bit by adding a prize pool guarantee of R30.000, this will be divided as follow among both the Male & Female winners:

  • 1st Prize, Male & Female: R10.000
  • 2nd Prize, Male & Female: R3.500
  • 3rd Prize, Male & Female: R1.500

    These prizes are minimum prizes, if the challenges gets a lot of participants the prize pool can get even bigger as most of the entry fees goes to the prize money!

And if you need even MORE motivation, wait for the announcements of the winners from our last challenge where the best transformed athletes walked away 3-4kg lighter in only 6 weeks(!) AND with an improved strength and fitness!

How will it all work?

We are letting you choose what version of healthy eating you want to commit to, but we do recommend you to try to follow the advise from Coach Glassman: "Off the Couch, Off the Carbs."  

The challenge will run for 8 weeks and you'll do Before measurements and pictures anytime from Monday the 27th of August and then After measurements and pictures before Wednesday the 24th of October. Winners will be announced at the CCF 9 Year Anniversary ThrowDown on Saturday the 3rd of November!

  • WHEN: Do your measurements any of the listed times below, OR with a CCF Coach in a booked Goal Getting session.
  • COST: R250 Cash Only (most goes to prize pool!).
  • HOW: Follow the CCF Recommended "Off the couch, off the carbs"* eating directions.
  • ADDED VALUE: FIRST Access to the new "CCF Nutrition Guide" e-Book. "CCF Off the couch, Off the carbs" private Facebook group. Weekly Healthy Eating Habits**.

*Off the Carbs does not necessarily refer to a LOW/NON Carb Diet, it simply refers to staying true to the original CrossFit prescription of eating unprocessed food and NO added sugar.

*The CCF Nutrition Guide e-Book: 

We are super excited to release this e-book which basically have broken healthy eating habits down into easy to use practices! In the e-book you'll get information on the different ways of eating that we consider being most efficient, and even though it wont necessarily give you YOUR exact numbers these different ways of approaching your eating are broken down into pieces that you can use to create your own "eating plan".
