There's a reason why NUTRITION is at the bottom of the classic CrossFit Pyramid for development of a human being's Health & Fitness:

We like to define these terms in even simpler words but in essence what it means is that if we don't create a strong foundation through what we EAT, all our other areas of health & fitness gets negatively effected. On the flip-side: IF we eat the right stuff we can enhance pretty much all physical areas of our lives!
Simply put: if we don't eat at all we'll eventually die, but also important is that similar to how a diesel car will never run on gasoline we also have to make sure we put the RIGHT fuel into our systems to be as healthy as possible.
For us geeks out there this can also be explained further in what happens when we eat well and exercise regularly in this "Sickness to Fitness Continuum" put forth by CrossFit.

We are now expanding our extremely successful Habit Based Nutrition Challenge approach and turning it into a multi-option program where you can choose exactly how much help you want from the products below - AND a super cool Challenge where you can both try out a "simpler" version of CrossFit in our CCF Base Camp* classes plus be part of our next CCF Healthy Eating Challenge over an 8 week period.
LEVEL 1 - inBody measurements and analyse.
The measurements are completely non invasive and takes less than 2 minutes.
In this product you simply purchase 1/5/10 measurements and we then help you analyse the report and sends you a recommendation on what to focus on in terms of weight loss/weight gain/imbalances based on your report. The measurement is completely non invasive and takes less than 2 minutes.
Packages (CCF Members' Fee in brackets):
1 inBody measurement and analyse: R399 (CCF: R249)
5 inBody measurement and analyse: R1'796 (CCF: R1'120)This equals 10% off vs single measurements.
10 inBody measurement and analyse: R3'192 (CCF: R1'992)This equals 20% off vs single measurements.
After the measurements are done you get a super detailed report sent to you with an analyse of what to focus on.
NB: The analyse does NOT include any kind of nutritional guidance except for instance "Weight loss is recommended" etc. We do NOT provide clients with a "meal plan" or any of that nature.
LEVEL 2 - 8 week Healthy Eating Habits Nutrition Coaching, R1'999 for 8 week-package (R999 for CCF Members).
The Habits are SIMPLE (this is an old one as an example) but we also give a lot of actionable tools to implement them!
Here we are simply using our successful structure for our challenges but in an individual approach! Your coach will guide you towards a healthy eating lifestyle using the following processes:
- 3x inBody Measurements*, at start/midway/finish (valued at R399 each)
- Guidance towards choosing one of our healthy and efficient Eating Lifestyles.
- Macro Calculation in accordance with the inBody results in terms of the clients needed energy consumption, their chosen Eating Lifestyle, and of course their Goals!
- 8 SIMPLE Weekly Nutrition Habits to be sent out every Sunday morning to be implemented the following week.
- Coach will do 3x 20-30min Remote (or in person) sessions with the client at Initial, Midway, Finish - this includes adjusting Macro Calculation if needed in line with results and goals.
*NB: If the client is not able to come to Cape CrossFit Gardens they are responsible to get their own inBody measurements done, at their own expense, if they want the specific individual guidance as per above.
LEVEL 3 - Continuous Nutrition Coaching, R1'499 per month (R999 for CCF Members).
This package is perfect as either a continuation of the 8 Week Start Package, or as your first go to product if you want more personal accountability by the Weekly check ins. This is a more in depth coaching level where we include the following:
- 1 Monthly inBody Measurement* (valued at R399 each)
- Continuous Macro Calculation in accordance with the inBody results in terms of the clients needed energy consumption, their chosen Eating Lifestyle, and of course their Goals!
- Weekly Coach check-in 20-30min Remote (or in person) session.
- Coach will also be available within reason for WhatsApp/Email coaching (this does not include meal plans as our goal is to teach you to plan this yourself).
