Our membership system is loaded on BoxChamp, as a member you can book your classes by logging in. If you have any trouble booking classes or any queries please contact [email protected]

TRAVELLING CROSSFITTERS: Please note that we require upfront booking before you can join any of our classes. Drop us an email and we gladly book you in and explain our training structure within our classes!






CLASS TYPES: 

CCF 60: 60min Class which offers the CCF RX & RX+ programs (*we always tailor each WOD and movements in there to the athlete's individual capacity).
CCF Base Camp: 45min Class for NEW CrossFitters. In here we teach the Foundations of Functional Movements and build fitness with "simple" (not easy) workouts designed for beginners!
ZFA90: 90min Class based on ZenFit Athletics competition program. 
CCF Corporate: Privately booked classes where corporates gets a training program specialised on their employees needs. Focus is on Team Building while improving the health and fitness among the employees and the reported benefits are immense!

 
Cape CrossFit is an all-coaching facility. We have some of the most experienced coaches in South Africa and want all our members and visitors to benefit from their knowledge. Besides the Weekend's Open Gym we ask you to respect that and enjoy the epic training we provide in our classes.

NB: Our members do have access to our facilities before and after classes and often comes in early or stays late to work on weaknesses under the guidance of their assigned coaches recommendations.
