Our membership system is loaded on BoxChamp, as a member you can book your classes by logging in. If you have any trouble booking classes or any queries please contact [email protected]

TRAVELLING CROSSFITTERS: Please note that we require upfront booking before you can join any of our classes. Drop us an email and we gladly book you in and explain our training structure within our classes!

CLASS TYPES: 

CCF Class: 60min Class which offers the CCF Fitness and the CCF Performance* programs (*it is mandatory to pass our CCF Big Dawgs Test before following the CCF Performance program).
CCF Nitro: 45min Class which contains the regular CCF Fitness program, but with a focus on the MetCon of the day. Perfect for those wanting to get a quick WOD in on their lunch break or get home to the family early in the PM. 
CCF Competition: For experienced Competition Athletes. By invite of our Head Coach only.
CCF Corporate: Privately booked classes where corporates gets a training program specialised on their employees needs. Focus is on Team Building while improving the health and fitness among the employees and the reported benefits are immense!
CCF Barbell Club: For members only. This is a 75min session with focus on Olympic Weightlifting. We also offer specialised CCF Barbell Classes outside of the schedules for an additional fee.
CCF Open Gym: We now offer, coached, Open Gym twice a week on Saturdays & Sundays! In these session per week you can to work on any weaknesses you want to and/or hit a hard WOD of your choice.
*Open Gym is not otherwise offered and we encourage all members and guests to join our popular group coaching sessions, or work with one of our expert coaches in Personal Coaching sessions.
 
Cape CrossFit is an all-coaching facility. We have some of the most experienced coaches in South Africa and want all our members and visitors to benefit from their knowledge. Besides the Weekend's Open Gym we ask you to respect that and enjoy the epic training we provide in our classes.

NB: Our members do have access to our facilities before and after classes and often comes in early or stays late to work on weaknesses under the guidance of their assigned coaches.
