Workout of the Day (Beach workout)

10 x 50m sprints with 30 second breaks

then

In teams of 2, as quickly as you can, perform:

  • 100 Sit ups
  • 100 Squats
  • 100 Push Ups
Only one team partner may work on the movements at a time, the other partner has to run a distance of 200m in the sand. After his 200m run, the partners switch. You may pick the movement you start with, but you have to complete all 100 repetitions before moving on to the next movement.

Movie screening of "Every second counts" on Wednesday, 9th of december

On Wednesday, 9th of december, we will be screening the first CrossFit movie "Every second counts", a documentary of the 2008 CrossFit Games. This is a great opportunity to show your friends and family what the "sport of fitness" is all about, so bring them along. The screening will start at about 7pm, after the 5.30pm class. Don't miss this event!
