Cape CrossFit Diep River (Southern Suburbs)

Cape CrossFit Diep River is a CrossFit and HYROX facility based in Southern Suburbs, featuring a Power Bar.

The Diep River CrossFit community is made up of ordinary people who have accomplished EXTRA-ordinary things through CrossFit. We encourage, help and spur each other on to do better. We are not in competition with others but on a journey to achieve our personal fitness goals. We work out together, scaling the Work Out of the Day (WOD) to fit our abilities and then hang out together afterwards for coffee and laughs.​
